Applying process

First, you need to inquire at VioLAC of Vision University of Jeonju (via Phone or email)
VioLAC will send 1. Admission guide and 2. Application form to you via email
VioLAC will ask for
1. An original copy of certificate of bank statement 2. An original copy of family relation certificate 3. An original copy of birth certificate (China-hogubu) 4. An original copy of diploma from the school most recently attended 5. An original copy of transcripts 6. A copy of passport (first page with personal data) 7. Photo copy of scan 8. Credential report (for Chinese), Aspotille, consul confirmation 9. Application form
VioLAC will ask for

Students will prepare for documents from 1 to 9 and submit to VioLAC (via email)
VioLAC will send a tuition bill after receiving required documents via email
After paying tuition to the accounton the school’s website contact VioLAC
VioLAC will confirm the payment and will send you
1. For Korean language students: certificate of tuition payment, and certificate of admission, and business registration certificate via EMS. 2. For undergraduate students: certificate of tuition payment, business registration certificate, certificate of admission, and certificate of tuition payment, a letter of admission and encouragement of learning certificate (Department of International cooperation technology) via EMS.

  You will receive
  1.certificate of admission
  2. certificate of tuition payment
  3. business registration certificate
  
  And ask for a student visa at Korean Embassy or Consulate.

  You will receive certificate of admission, certificate of tuition payment, business registration certificate.
  
  VioLAC will apply for visa issuance at Jeonju Immigration service.
  
  Jeonju Immigration service will examine visa issuance and notify result to VioLAC. (the process will take about 2 months)
  
  VioLAC will send visa result for those who are accepted via email.
  
  You will have to go to Korean consulate with the visa issuance number you received from email and apply for a student visa.
After buying ticket, entry to Korea!!
